Sa'di Naghshbandi

AMNESTY TENURE NOTE

Sa’di Naghshbandi was appointed as the county governor of Javanroud in May 2022. He remained in this position until July 2023, when Namdar Hosseini was appointed as the new county governor of Javanroud. Later in December 2024, Sa’di Naghshbandi was appointed as the head of the Agricultural Jihad Organization of Kurdistan province, the regional branch of a national state organization responsible for agriculture and rural development. He retained this position as of 2026.

IMMEDIATE SUCCESSOR

Namdar Hosseini. Amnesty names only the person who immediately followed the 2022 holder — later successors are omitted, and successors are not themselves on the 87 unless they also held a listed 2022 seat.

LATER POSTS (AS RECORDED)
