What repeats

The web is useful when it is more than a directory. These are the recurrences the file is built to show.

  1. P0

    Patronage pool vs transformation

The holding language is transformation: IPOs, Arvand 2, Bandar Imam Novin, methanol parks. The personnel language is rotation. Ali-Askari (IRIB) out, Shariatmadari (cabinet/Setad) in, Abbaszadeh (NPC) named but not seated, Ali-Askari back. Critics call it a patronage pool. Both descriptions can be true at once: plants get capital programmes while chairs are political objects.

  2. P1

    Operator vs political manager

Three named executives illustrate the split. Ansari-Nik is a BIPC lifer — chlor-alkali engineer, still in the chair through wartime damage. Karimi is the Arvand commercial/IPO face. Mosaddeghi-Fard is the classic complex operator (Gachsaran, Amir Kabir, Bouali, BIPC processing) parked briefly in the Arvand chair. Shariatmadari is none of those. When the holding wants a production signal it reaches for Mosaddeghi-Fard; when it wants a listing it reaches for Karimi; when it wants a Tehran bargain it reaches for a cabinet or IRIB name.

  3. P2

    Nested control

Registers lie if you only read the first line. Karun is a BIPC company. Apadana is a Mobin company. Almas is a three-way PGPIC–BIPC–Arvand project. IIPGC is a paper parent for inland names. Justice shares look large and vote little. Oil pensions look smaller and vote the chair. Expand two hops from PGPIC or the picture is incomplete.

  4. P3

    Cluster dependence

Mahshahr dies if Fajr steam and water die. Assaluyeh dies if Mobin dies. Arvand dies if West-pipeline ethylene dies. BIPC dies if Abadan naphtha and Hoveyzeh/Bidboland NGL both tighten — which is why actual output has already sat well below 6 Mt nameplate. Utilities and gas plants are not “non-core.”

  5. P4

    Sanctions as architecture

The 2019 designation is not a caption on the holding logo. It is a map: plants, business units, the commercial arm, foreign agents, and a Khatam EPC theory. Subsequent actions against exchange houses and LPG networks attach to PGPICC, not to a reactor. Screening the plant and missing the trader is the usual error.

  6. P5

    Perishable boards

Chegeni as outgoing chair and as chair again in the same year. Khoshrou / Hosseinzadeh as a pension-fund orbit rather than a titled snapshot. Zare’s BIPC seat on Arvand. Jalilzadeh’s Nouri seat plus Arvand audit chair. Treat every named director as a timestamp. Treat the channels — pensions, TAPICO, NPC, BIPC-into-Arvand — as the structure.

Start from the web at hop 2 with personnel and ownership on. That is the picture the directory cannot draw.
