Current مدیرعامل هلدینگ as of mid-September 2026 — his second tour. Electrical engineer with an industrial-engineering doctorate. First PGPIC stint followed Jafar Rabiei; the interlude was Shariatmadari. Group PR has him signing subsidiary CEO decrees.

محمد شریعتمداری

PGPIC CEO December 2024 to mid-2026. Reformist-era cabinet veteran: commerce under Khatami, industry and labor under Rouhani; also Setad and Leader’s-office oversight. Political manager, not a plant man. Left in place for a time after the board named Abbaszadeh because the assembly could not make a quorum.

حسن عباس‌زاده

Former NPC chief. The board briefly named him PGPIC CEO in the mid-2026 contest; quorum and assembly problems left Shariatmadari in place. A ministry-side claim on the holding that did not stick — then Ali-Askari returned.

جعفر ربیعی

Ali-Askari’s predecessor in the first tour. The 2023 handoff is the start of the two-year CEO flip sequence. Plant-side memory of the holding still dates “before Rabiei / after Rabiei.”

بیژن چگنی

Has appeared both as outgoing PGPIC board chairman and, in a September 2026 site visit, as board chairman again. The chair rotates with the same pension-fund / TAPICO bargains as the CEO. Treat any single snapshot as perishable.

سعید خوشرو

Oil-pension-fund orbit. Named as a channel for the pension-fund seats that actually vote the holding board. Not a plant CEO; a principal.

حسین حسین‌زاده

Oil-pension-fund orbit, paired with Khoshrou in the holding’s board politics. The pension funds are why a “private” TSE holding still behaves like a ministry job shop.

مهندس محمدرضا کریمی

Arvand CEO through the IPO and roadshow; briefly replaced in January 2026; reappointed by Ali-Askari in the mid-September 2026 decrees. Public face of Arvand 2 (extra ~300 kt PVC). Engineer, not a Tehran cabinet transplant — but his tenure is still a holding political object.

یداله مصدقی‌فرد

Chemical engineer. Prior CEO jobs at Gachsaran and Amir Kabir; plant-manager time at Bouali and Bandar Imam processing. Briefly replaced Karimi at Arvand in January 2026. The company site still listed him as vice-chair/CEO after that swap; the September 2026 holding decree put Karimi back.

Stable BIPC CEO through 2025–2026, including wartime damage and steam-plant rebuild comments in mid-2026. Reconfirmed in Ali-Askari’s September 2026 decrees. The most operational of the three named executives: plant lifer, not a Tehran political transplant.

Bandar Imam seat on the Arvand board; chair at one point. A BIPC-into-Arvand control channel at director level — how the holding stitches the two Mahshahr majors without merging them.

رضا جلیل‌زاده

Later took a Nouri seat and the Arvand audit-committee chair. Assaluyeh aromatics into the Mahshahr PVC company at committee level.

Bouali Sina CEO as of August 2025. On the record for pushing condensate feed past the 5,200 t/d design toward 6,000 t/d. A production-side name, not a holding-politics name.

Mobin Energy CEO (2025 citation). Runs the Assaluyeh utility cash cow that also owns Apadana methanol. Quiet compared with the holding CEO circus; the numbers are not.
