AMNESTY TENURE NOTE
Arsalan Soltangholi was appointed as the commander of the IRGC’s Basij Resistance Sector Corps of Eslam Abad-e Gharb county in February 2021. He remained in this position until 18 October 2022, when he was succeeded by Behzad Yousefvand. Amnesty International was unable to find any information on any subsequent positions held by Arsalan Soltangholi.
