Hassan Sheikhnejad was appointed as the FARAJA commander of Urumieh county in December 2020. He remained in this position until September 2023, when he was replaced by Mohammad Tohidi. Amnesty International was unable to find information on any subsequent positions held by Hassan Sheikhnejad.
