AMNESTY TENURE NOTE
Khezr Kak Darvishi was appointed as the county governor of Piranshahr by the then provincial governor of West Azerbaijan, Mohammad Sadegh Motamedian, in December 2021. He remained in this position until January 2025, when he was appointed as the deputy for management development and human resources of the Office of the Provincial Governor of West Azerbaijan by the provincial governor of West Azerbaijan, Reza Rahmani. Loghman Khosrowpour was subsequently appointed as the new county governor of Piranshahr. Khezr Kak Darvishi retained his position as deputy for management development and human resources of the Office of the Provincial Governor of West Azerbaijan as of 2026.
