Mansour Valy Yee

AMNESTY TENURE NOTE

Mansour Valy Yee was appointed as the commander of the IRGC’s Basij Resistance Sector Corps of Mariwan county in July 2019. He remained in this position until 29 October 2022. Gheisar Omidi was subsequently appointed as the new commander of the IRGC’s Basij Resistance Sector Corps of Mariwan county. In December 2023, Mansour Valy Yee was appointed as the commander of the IRGC’s 22 Beit Al-Moghaddas Operational Division of the Beit Al-Moghaddas Provincial Corps of Kurdistan. He retained this position as of 2026.

IMMEDIATE SUCCESSOR

Gheisar Omidi. Amnesty names only the person who immediately followed the 2022 holder — later successors are omitted, and successors are not themselves on the 87 unless they also held a listed 2022 seat.
