Mohammad Pourhashemi was appointed as the head of the Office of the Deputy Provincial Governor for Political, Security and Social Affairs of Kermanshah in May 2022. The same month, he was appointed to concurrently act as the head of the Office for Security and Police Affairs of the Provincial Governor of Kermanshah. State media articles indicate that, by December 2024, Bahram Soleimani had replaced him as the head of the Office of the Deputy Provincial Governor for Political, Security and Social Affairs of Kermanshah. However, state media articles indicate that as of 2026, he retained the position of the head of the Office for Security and Police Affairs in Kermanshah province.
